I ran across this

At Home With Books. It seems that the FTC is concerned that bloggers are not providing full disclosure when they receive free products to review or accept perks from companies in exchange for reviews. Now, the FTC is looking to regulate this. I'm not sure how they can possibly enforce this, but it could be problematic for some bloggers.

Thanks for linking to my post! I can see the reasoning behind it (truth in advertising) but I think that they may have taken it too far in applying it to issues that in normal life would be word-of-mouth advertising.
I also wonder how it will be implemented.
