Happy Birthday Jonathan Kellerman

I would like to wish author and child psychologist Jonathan Kellerman a happy birthday today. Kellerman was born in New York City, but raised in Los Angeles. He received his Ph.D. in psychology with an emphasis on the treatment of children. Jonathan first published a medical text, Psychological Aspects of Childhood Cancer, in 1980. His first novel, When the Bough Breaks, was published in 1985. The novel won the Edgar Allen Poe and Anthony Boucher Awards for Best First Novel. He has published 22 other novels featuring psychologist and crime fighter Alex Delaware. The newest Delaware title, Evidence, is due out in October.
