Mailbox Monday is hosted at the Printed Page.
The Lie by Fredrica WagmanI received this book from the publisher for review.
This book tells the story of one woman's struggle with the conventions of her day. Behind this is the unspoken truth of real life movie actress Rita Hayworth.
Playing House by Fredrics Wagman
I received this book from the publisher for review.
Originally published in 1973, this book tells the story of a woman's struggle with the lasting effects of a childhood sexual relationship with her brother.
Big and Old Red are back in their third mystery solving adventure. This time their adventure takes them to Chinatown to investigate the death of a railroad acquaintance.
This book was recommended to me by a fellow member on Library Thing. It is supposedly in the same genre as Guillermo del Toro and Chuck Hogan's The Strain, where vampires are evil creatures.
